The 4th Annual Exhibition was held on and from 18th January to 20th January 2024 at the Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama PVT. ITI- Asansol in the institute campus. The programme was inaugurated by lighting the holy lamp by dignitaries amidst the Vedic chanting by the maharajas, bramacharies, faculty members and students. The dignitaries present in the opening ceremonies were Mr. Tapas Banerje, MLA Raniganj, Chairman ADDA, Sri Binod Kumar, CGM,(TS & CSR), SAIL Burnpur, Sri Praveen Rai Bhalla, CGM (RMHP), Sri Sudhir Kumar Sahoo, GM (CSR & LAND), Sri Durgesh Kumar, AGM (F&A, PF), Sri Dinesh Kumar, Sr. Mgr( CSR), Sri Indradeb Bhattacharyee , WBCS (Executive), Paschim Bardhaman.

Trainees from the Fitter, Electrician, Welder, COPA trades displayed some outstanding and high skill models and works to the general and visitors. Some of the neighboring ITI trainees visited the exhibition. Officials from the local industries visited the exhibition and applauded and appreciated the works presented by the trainees. Another wing of the ITI , the Vocational training centre trainees of R.K.Mission tailoring and A.C & Refrigeration displayed some beautiful work. In the afternoon session on 18th January a short documentary film was screened in the conference hall from 2 p.m to 4 p.m. All trainees were provided with a refreshment and at the end a bench jury declared the best work and then a trophy with a cash award of Rs 500 -/ was handed over as a token of inspiration to the 1st , 2nd and 3rd place and that came the conclusion the 4th annual exhibition of Ramakrishna Mission PVT. ITI.
