Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Asansol is a branch centre of Ramakrishna Math & Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math, Howrah. It is working in this coalfield area for more than75 yrs. Since 2003 A vocational training centre had come into light. It is imparting technical skill to the young youth. Another wing of VTC has been introduced. It has been declared by National Council for Vocational Training (N.C.V.T).
